I have always had a love for animals. But the real passion started with a little Beagle pup, I grew to love to teach her silly little tricks. She knew all the tricks in the 101 tricks to teach your dog book. And would run around my makeshift agility yard like a pro. It is with her I realized how much I loved not just animals but the art of training. I have have just about every job possible when it comes to animals. I have stocked shelves in a pet store, cleaned kennels in a vet office, dog walker, house sitter, groomer, I ran a boarding kennel and doggie daycare, I have mucked stalls, hauled horses and sheep I have even sheered an Alpaca (it might have not been the prettiest job but it got done!) and my favorite a dog trainer, doing private lessons, in kennel training and daycare and train and sheep a dog trainer!
I have been training dogs independently since 2011. I started out interning with several very respectable trainers in the San Diego Ca. area. Studying in positive reinforcement, compulsion, sheep, and agility training. Once I was finished with my internships, I ventured out to open up CrazyDogs an all inclusive board and train facility in beautiful Poway Ca. I was able to offer Board and Train, Doggie Daycare, Boarding, Private lessons, Group training, Agility classes and sheep herding training. I have sense down sized with the arrival of a little boy and with moving across the country to Ohio for 3 years, CrazyDogs was very successful in Ohio! But the military wanted us back in Southern California. We are now Located in Oceanside Ca. and loving every minute of it!
